HOW DO I RETURN?
To get the return process started, Log On to Your Account.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES OF RETURN?

  • Yes, all returns and exchanges are charged at 100/-

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

  • Returns and Exchanges available within 7 days of receiving the item/s.
  • ALL Returns and Exchanges are chargeable at Rs.100/-

How many times I can register for Return/Exchange?

  • Returns/Exchange can only avail once, only. 


WHY IS MY RETURN REJECTED?
Item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and perfect condition.
If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.


How soon will I get my refund?
It will take up-to 3 to 5 business days for refund to reflect in your account, after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.
For Pre-paid orders, the refund will be credited to the original source of payment.
NOTE :- If you have received an EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please email or contact us within 24 hours.

Self-Shipping of orders for returns :

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

  1. To prevent any loss or damage while in transit, ensure that the items are packed securely and that the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are included on the packaging. 
  2. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  3. Once we receive your return at Ware House, we will process your refund along with the self-shipping charge, which is upto Rs. 100.

PLEASE NOTE :

We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable. Ensure that your courier costs don't exceed the amount specified above. We recommend using Speed Post / Registered Parcel whichever is cheaper. Speed Post is owned by the Government of India and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
